London Petit Light Blue Topaz Ring

I never get tired of a blue sky.  (Vincent Van Gogh)

The Elegance of Light Blue Topaz Meets the Craftsmanship of Lake Como
The London Petit ring represents a perfect synthesis of contemporary design and goldsmith tradition. Featuring an enchanting light blue topaz, this jewel is more than just an accessory, but a fragment of pure beauty that recalls the crystalline hues of Lake Como. Each Silvia Kelly creation is crafted in our Lecco atelier, where, since 1970, a passion for excellence has transformed noble raw materials into wearable works of art.

The Soul of Light Blue Topaz
The undisputed star of this ring is light blue topaz, a gem celebrated for centuries for its extraordinary brilliance and calming properties. The variety selected for the London Petit collection is distinguished by a delicate yet deep color saturation, capable of capturing light and reflecting it in a thousand facets.
According to crystal therapy, topaz is the stone of communication and serenity; wearing it means carrying a symbol of balance. In the London Petit ring, the gemstone is cut with pinpoint precision to enhance its natural transparency, making it the ideal gift to celebrate important milestones or seal a special promise.

Handmade Jewelry: The Excellence of Made in Italy
In an age dominated by mass production, choosing Silvia Kelly’s handmade jewelry means embracing the value of time and attention to detail. Our jewelry is handcrafted in the truest sense of the word: each setting is individually crafted by our master goldsmiths, ensuring that every piece is unique, just like its wearer.
Made in Italy is not just a label, but a production philosophy that we proudly uphold in the heart of the Larian district. The 18K gold processing, the choice of stones, and the final finishing follow the highest quality standards, typical of world-famous Italian fine jewelry.

A Design Inspired by Lake Como
The clean lines and lightweight structure of the London Petit ring draw inspiration from the sophisticated atmosphere of Lake Como. The harmonious shapes recall the architecture of historic villas and the tranquility of the lakeside landscape. It is a versatile piece, designed for a modern woman seeking discreet yet impactful luxury, capable of seamlessly transitioning from an everyday look to a grand evening ensemble.

THE TOPAZ

It is extracted mainly in Brazil, but some specimens are also found in Mozambique and Nigeria. The different colors of the topaz are mostly metaphorically named. The blue variants, for example, are described as London Blue Topaz, Swiss Blue Topaz and Sky Blue Topaz. Topaz was considered a symbol of courage and wisdom and was used mounted in gold as a protective amulet against curses.

Size Guide for Rings

Fingers tend to become smaller in colder temperatures.
Indeed, we advise you to measure fingers at the end of the day, when they are largest.

  • Take a length of string or cut a strip of paper no more than 1cm wide (a slightly less than half an inch)
  • Wrap it around the largest part of your finger
  • Use a pen to mark the point on the string or strip of paper where it forms a circle
  • Pick the marked strip or string of paper on a flat surface
  • Using a ruler, measure the distance from the end of the string or paper to the mark you make
  • Compare your measurement with the chart below to determine your ring size

If your size is between two sizes or if you are unsure of your size, opt for the largest of the two.
