London Petit Peridot Ring

A color that has been a good omen since the ancient Egyptians. It is not for nothing that even today we speak of “green hope”.

The Energy of Peridot: The Gem of Light and Nature
Peridot is one of the world’s most fascinating and ancient precious stones, celebrated for its extraordinary brilliance and its olive-green hue that evokes the freshness of pristine nature. Often called the “evening emerald” for its ability to shine intensely even under artificial or dim lighting, peridot enchants the observer with a crystalline structure that captures the sun’s rays and reflects them in vibrant, rejuvenating hues. Wearing this ring means carrying a fragment of pure visual energy, a sophisticated accent of color that never goes unnoticed and symbolizes prosperity, vitality, and a profound connection with the beauty of the natural world.

Elegance in Miniature: The London Petit Collection
This refined ring is one of the flagship creations of our London Petit Collection, a line born from the desire to reinterpret the concept of everyday luxury through compact volumes and a minimalist design with a bold personality. The distinctive feature of the London Petit Peridot Ring lies in its stunning two-tone architecture, crafted by combining the delicacy of rose gold and the brilliance of 18-karat white gold. This patented setting has been redesigned to accommodate and protect the central gem, creating a unique color contrast. Embellishing and framing the main stone are expertly crafted diamond highlights, carefully selected to enhance the brilliant green of the peridot without overpowering it, ensuring perfect visual balance.

THE PERIDOT

THE PERIDOT

A wonderful gem belonging to the group of silicates, with an intense green color. Peridot (also called olivine) owes its color to a high percentage of iron, while chromium and nickel can accentuate its nuances. The largest mine in the world is located in the Apache reserve of San Carlos, Arizona. Marbodio of Rennes (French bishop and poet) wrote that the peridot represented an antidote against evil spirits, if pierced, threaded with a donkey's hair and finally hung on the left arm.

Size Guide for Rings

Fingers tend to become smaller in colder temperatures.
Indeed, we advise you to measure fingers at the end of the day, when they are largest.

  • Take a length of string or cut a strip of paper no more than 1cm wide (a slightly less than half an inch)
  • Wrap it around the largest part of your finger
  • Use a pen to mark the point on the string or strip of paper where it forms a circle
  • Pick the marked strip or string of paper on a flat surface
  • Using a ruler, measure the distance from the end of the string or paper to the mark you make
  • Compare your measurement with the chart below to determine your ring size

If your size is between two sizes or if you are unsure of your size, opt for the largest of the two.
